All order placed are final and not eligible for refund or exchange.
We do not refund/exchange due to change of mind or mistakenly ordered.
If the items show sign of normal wear and tear, we will not be able to provide a refund/exchange.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at email@example.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Should there be a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return has been verified and deems as defective/damage, a replacement of the product will be shipped to you. If the product has been sold out, the refund will be process in store credits which will be valid for 30 days.
