Shipping and return policy
We will process all orders within 3-5 business days and prepare your parcel for dispatch. Delivery of your order will be made afterwards.
If you need your order to be shipped urgently or at a certain date, kindly drop us a note on the Contact Us page or you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you to get it sent sooner.
For order over S$100, free standard domestic shipping will apply at the checkout.
A flat rate of S$5 shipping fee will be charged for orders below S$100.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct. Pitter Patter will not be responsible for any orders with incorrect address being entered on your order. Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered due to incorrect address entered at the time of checkout, we can re-deliver your parcel to the correct address at an additional cost borne by you prior to delivery.
Worldwide international shipping is available, kindly email us at email@example.com for the freight quotes.
Product prices do not include VAT, GST, or other country taxes.
Orders will be shipped by DHL. All taxes and import fees are borne by the customer.
When an order has been placed, there will be no cancellation.
To add on a new order to a confirmed order, shipping fee will not be refunded for that confirmed order.
Please note if an item is listed as pre-order it will not be shipped until after the specified estimated dispatch date.
If your order includes in stock items and pre-order items, your order will not be sent until all items in your order have arrive.
